Pretty Bird clone
After a long day of skiing in Utah I had one of the best fried chicken sandwiches at Pretty Bird.
I spoke with chef, Viet Pham, and got the list of the 8 spices in his batter, but not the ratios. This was my attempt at recreating that sandwich.
The rest is pretty self explanatory.
